Project Pack
The Project pack is a complete pack of gasket sealer, gun, release agent, tape and instructions - all you need to complete a foil gasket job. The pack should contain more material than required for a typical job. On completion of the job you send back what you dont use and we send you a refund. Simple and comprehensive. Prices for individual parts are all on the right and a price list of the packs contents are included in each pack. There is a fixed fee of £10 for the pack to cover the gun and free items. Free items include small quantities of masking tape and macsil release agent. All items in the pack are new and unopened.
We have tested our project pack on a number of occasions and recieved positive feedback from our instructions and the pack contents.

Normal usage of the Macsil, parcel and masking tape is not charged for. Using significant quantities and non return of any of the items will be charged for at the rates above. Return of the items above within 28 days of reciept will be refunded at the prices shown above. A form is included with the pack to detail usage and return. There is an element of trust involved with this, we hope that we can be trusted to give an honest opinion of what has been used.
The pack will come in a returnable box with a return lable, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe return of the pack within 28 days of reciept.

We have used the shock foil gasket sealer for a number of years. Originally we used an alternative material which whilst working well did not offer the same ease of use that this 2 part polyurethane does. It is thixotropic meaning that it is already thickened to a consitency that allows it to sit around the foils with out making a tight seal. It comes in cartidge form, the two parts mixing in the supplied tubes using a specific gun. It sets within an hour, although we recommend longer and using the Macsil release agent the foils release very easily.
We offer a number of options with this product, buy individual tubes, mixing tubes and dispensing guns or recieve a pack, details of which you will find on the left.
The Macsil rerlease agent is by far the best release agent that we have tried to use. Not only does it do a very good job as a release agent but we also find it to be one of the best lubricants available. We use it on all the moving parts on the foiling six and items such as the tunrbuckles on the 49er.
