Measure total hip diameter, that being the widest part around the hip area. In cm ;
90- 91 - Small 92 - 93 will be a tight fit
96 - 98 - Medium 99 - 100 will be a tight fit

What if I am between these measurments? Dont worry just choose the next size up. The harness is not designed to be a perfect fit, and to a certain extent it is better to be able to rotate the trunk of the body inside the harness. Your harness will stretch a bit from new so will find its own shape around your body, for that matter do not worry if it is a little on the tight size from new.
