Measure total hip diameter, that being the widest part around the hip area. In cm ;

90 - 95 Small

95 - 100 Medium

100 - 105 Medium Large

105 - 110 Large

110 - 115 Extra Large

ed note. These sizes are with clothes on. Please be aware that if you fit in the larger range for a harness size it might be a tight fit. They tend to stretch in and form around your shape after a few sails.

If you are tall and thin please order a long small. The standard small has a shorter back. You will need to e mail this seperately.

What if I am between these measurments? Dont worry just choose the next size up. The harness is not designed to be a perfect fit, and to a certain extent it is better to be able to rotate the trunk of the body inside the harness. Your harness will stretch a bit from new so will find its own shape around your body, for that matter do not worry if it is a little on the tight size from new.

Finally developed in 2008 by Simon Hiscocks, feed back on this harness has been very positive. When a die hard sailor such as Ben Rhodes swaped his trusty harness for the Shock harness we new we must have got something right. So far we have not had any negative feed back.
